TOREKA ("we", "our", "the app") is a Pokémon TCG card collection and price tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In data: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address. This is used solely to identify your account and manage your subscription status.
Subscription data: If you subscribe to TOREKA Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive a transaction confirmation to activate your subscription but do not have access to your payment details.
Collection data: The cards you add to your collection, master sets, and Pokémon collection are stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal collection on our servers.
Camera images: When you use the card scanning feature, images are sent to a third-party identification service (Ximilar) for card recognition only. Images are not stored permanently on our servers.

Your collection data is stored locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage). Price data and card metadata are cached on our servers (Cloudflare KV) to improve performance, but this does not include personally identifiable information.
Your local data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. Cached price data on our servers is refreshed every 6 hours and old data is automatically replaced.
TOREKA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You can delete all your local data at any time by signing out and clearing your browser/app data. If you wish to have any server-side data removed, contact us at the email below.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
